Amiral de Gaulle Chanteloup : real title or Casting Couch ?
We thought we saw everything... we were wrong. Since this morning all the newspapers and TV stations in Gallia have been talking about it!
This photo, taken by a former photographer of King Charles XI, shows the former king with former Amiral de Gaulle Isabelle Montlaville de Chanteloup...together in a pool in the royal palace, holding hands and drinking together!
In a letter attached to the photograph, the photographer (whose name will not be disclosed for reasons of anonymity) admits that Isabelle Montlaville de Chanteloup visited the king several times before and after his promotion in the army... and that they had a secret love affair! He also admits...that it was because of this relationship that Admiral Chanteloup received the title of Amiral de Gaulle!
Immediately after the publication of the photo, all Gallia was in shock! The inhabitants of New Paris, Nevers, and Orleans to name but a few; who held the former admiral in high esteem; were seen tearing photos of her, spitting on or burning her! The President of the Republic of Gallia is shouting in national scandal, the Parisian Assembly has passed a decree for the cancellation of all medals, honorary titles and posthumous titles given to Chanteloup, and the Grand Duke of Burgundy, Valentin Trintignant, has announced the cancellation of the inauguration of the statue of Chanteloup in Nevers!
As far as the Marine Nationale Gauloise is concerned, we don't have much news. We managed to reach Commandant Pierre Vaillant to ask him a few questions.
Commandant Vaillant, greatest officer of the Marine
Commandant Vaillant: What a shame, a SHAME! Now I understand why we didn't win the war! While the proud Gallic soldiers were giving their blood and often their lifes on the battlefields, our highest and most respectable officer was enjoying a dip in the pool with the Roi! Unbelievable. Treason! Masquerade! But to be honest with you, when I saw this picture, I haven't been so much surprised. For me it was obvious that Chanteloup used to sneak shots!
DB: We understand perfectly. Do you think the Admiral of Gaul really got his title by sleeping with the king ?
C.V: If someone managed to take such picture at a random moment, then it that's absolutely certain this wasn't the first time. Did the Roi seduced Chanteloup or was it on the contrary Chanteloup? I am sure this is the latter. Chanteloup was manipulative. She also was an expert in using the CORE GALLIC VALUES to make sure everyone would bow before her. Chanteloup didn't had the stature nor the skill to become the Amiral de Gaule. She used her seduction powers' to have a false love story with the Roi. With a Roi completely in love of Chanteloup, asking the title of Amiral de Gaule was easy. Petite discussion dans l'eau avec rosé piscine et voilà!
DB: I see. I'd like to end with a personal question. They say you had a conflict with Amiral Chanteloup, do you think you could ever replace her?
CV: That is correct. I was in conflict with this Chanteloup for many reasons. We didn't have the same point of view regarding which strategic doctrine to adopt. I often proposed her my own vision and plans in order to win the war as fast as possible.
But she believed she was invincible and a Gallic commandant being in opposition with her total control of the peasants was a great danger for her. I, Vaillant, have been the only one that managed to resist to her machinations. She gave me suicidal missions only in the way I find the death. But I have succeeded in all of them. I am sure she tried to assassinate me, but she was perfectly aware that my presence on the battlefield was essential. The more time passed and the more it appeared that I was right.
But she prefered to lose the war instead of giving me the total control of the Gallic Forces. Do you realize this? She sacrified Gallia completely for that! But nowadays, she is no more. Nothing can stop me to take the power. The demons living on Malta will be crushed and glassed in less of two weeks. The system of Berne purified and annexed. I have some rivals in the Enclave. They will be eliminated. Then it shall be the turn of Sirius.
And this interview with Commandant Vaillant ends this article. The team of the Service Journalier Gaulois wish you a good day.■
