{DHC} lacks all techcells (bland ID)
Unfortunately FLStat is throwing us some difficult data with duplicate primary key IDs, like hp_fighter_engine_special_1 and hp_freighter_engine_special_5, missing references and other things.

The problem(s) are being worked on.

Update: The above should now be fixed.

Can't select a ship class now. (There is only 'Select' in the combobox; any ID)

Also: 'Last Software update' still shows '828-03-19 AS'
(If this is a static string, you can ignore this)
Mactan Network hurt itself in its confusion!

It has been returned to the same state it was in when last it was touched by hacker hands.
Minor suggestion:

Would it been possible to rename gunboat/transport entries to their respective name like it's done for fighters?

E.g.:

Looking for a 'Pelican', I've to know, that's the 'Armored Transport'
Same for 'Hercules', 'Albatros', 'Corvo', 'Scarab', 'Stork' and so on...
Mactan follows the actual names of the ships.

So does FLStat where the files are from. Large ships are always having their type of ship as a ship name.

From my limited understanding:
techcompat is used for the values.
The internal group names list in an unknown file the ships, weapons etc.
The internal ship names have to be translated.

An example from <Freelancer directory>\EXE\flhook_plugins\GAMEDATA_ships.txt
Quote:3179904012 = dsy_advanced_train, Civ Advanced Train (Stork)
I'm sure this file isn't used to translate the internal names, but would do the trick.

However...
the Mactan Network already overrides Faction ID names
(the overriden name is used in the combobox)
Why shouldn't it possible to implement a similiar approach for the ship names?
The compatibility calculator isn't showing any options in the ship class dropdown.

Because that introduces a manual element that requires maintenance and introduces failure points.

Should be fixed and stay that way. The Mactan Network is attempting to take a day off.
