Personally I'm against Leeds having any resourceful value after its history and what happened in recent events.

But it is what it is. And by it is what it is I mean it is what the devs believe it is rather than what it visually and historically is or should be left with.

I wanted to turn Exeter into another Leeds industry world xdd

As it is, Leeds would be a decent place to RP GAI. After all, they thrive in radiated worlds, and with the billions of machinery, scrap, etc they can forge a new existence on Leeds. Not saying that Leeds would be modded out for AI or anything (which would be cool) but certainly worth even a look to relocate Primus Outpost to Leeds.

Hidden deep in the system of Omega-47, the cryptic Gammu AI often fly under the radar of other factions that are more preoccupied with their human enemies. Utilizing this fact to the fullest, the Gammu AI has expanded its reach with the construction of Primus Outpost.
