DSE new expeditionary pack. The D.E.R.P.

Planet Manhattan - Deep Space Engineering, the primary constructor of Jump Gates, Trade Lanes, Docking Rings, Stations, and ships of all sizes has announces a daring new plan. They wish to dive into the deepest depths of space using specially designed EL-HiL27 "Rhino" Liberty Freighters. The head of this specialty team is a recent addition to Deep Space Engineering's Flight Corp, Dan Johnson.

Dan Johnson was born on Planet Denver, his family was very average, no too rich not too poor. He lived in a suburban community . Dan Johnson went to high school and graduated with average marks, not failing any classes by any mark but never quite the best of the best. He started his first job at the age of 16 as a assistant at a local grocery chain. After a few years of that he went back to school and got a degree in accounting. No he didn't graduate top of his class but when questioned his professors often said "Dan, might not be the best at what he does, but he knows what he is doing and does it well enough." some might take that as an insult, but he took it as a complement. After that, Dan Johnson applied for job working at a local subsidiary of DSE as their accountant for the next 25 years. Apparently, that got noticed and he was told to consider going up to DSE's main space franchise. It took convincing, he had never have been one to shoot for the stars admittedly, but with a little coaxing from his wife and two kids he decided it was time to do something different. He took a space traveling course online and through Interspace Commerce's flight training program and got the practice time he needed. After two months of waiting he finally got his Trade Ship Captain's license.
