I have yet to see a free game promotion that wasn't from the Epic Store in a couple of years, sad.
I remember Steam used to do these stealthily, not anymore I guess.
They still do. I keep getting spammed with free random games on other stores too. I just ignore the Epic ones.
Humble Bundle does free games several times a year in addition to their bundles.
