*Good day. I'm captain Andrew Wilson from Liberty Police inc. Recently we had increasement in enemy battleships and capitals in general sighted in Liberty Space. As a noticeable enemy I would mentioned three Hell Fire Legion dreadnoughts which were thankfully dealt by Liberty Forces squadron, among which was my vessel present.

During the battle, I participated using Liberty Battle Cruiser "Interdictor". Last week was mostly successful for the ship to strike from afar such dangerous enemies. And even the battle against multiple dreadnoughts my vessel was able to come out using its still working engines even it was quite damaged a bit.

Having some experience fighting those beasts so-called "Arbiters" even one vs one in recent time, I still all those time wished to have more long-ranged weaponry available to keep maintenance for the ship easier, and for Liberty enemies to get annihilated without needlessly scratching Liberty property.

Considering my recent promotion to become an LPI overseer for the California precinct, I would wish to use military supply channels to obtain more advanced weaponry to perform my duties better.

I'm looking for a 3x amount of "Breaker" Battlecruiser Heavy Mass Drivers and asking if I could get that from you to fit LPI ship more suited for the raised tasks ahead.*

Captain Wilson,

The armaments you have requested and any related information to them is classified. Unfortunately, we cannot grant you access without written clearance from Chief Holiday, who is the only member of LPI who possesses a high enough security clearance to request said items. With that, I am patching her in to this communication, to make things easier.

Regards,

Rear Admiral Grey Evans

Good day Captain, Rear Admiral,

I have to say this caught me by surprise and I apologize Evans, I think Captain Wilson was a little to eager and should have consulted me before sending their request to your desk. I have looked over the information and if the 5th has the resources to spare I dont see why I should deny this request. However Captain Wilson will be responsible for funding these weapons as this is his project so to speak.

Captain Wilson, Chief Holiday,

With the confirmation received, we can get down to business. The aforementioned weapons are ready to be fitted at Norfolk Shipyard. I'll oversee the operation personally.

I must stress the point that any further requests of the Naval arsenal must be made through the Chief, so as to prevent long waits while we go through the verification process.

Regards,

*Rear Admiral Grey Evans, Chief Jean Holiday

We confirm the successful installation of the mentioned equipment. Weapons are fully functioning and already passed tests in battles.

Thank you for rather swift and smooth verification, nevertheless to the situation. Faithfully serving Liberty to protect against threats from within and outside.
