Hello,
Today I finally got me a badass Liberity Battlecruier after saving a lot of cash and hard work!
Completing some missions and I noticed I can't buy Nanobots cause they are "FULL" but I didn't had any.
I reloaded the game a couple of times and tried in different bases without success.
Here's a snapshot from the issue.

Cruisers and above don't get nanobots. They previously had them. As a balance decision, it was decided to take the hull repair values of the total nanobot storage, and apply that to the hull of the ship.
