Ok so I bring my Junker Salvager to Omicron Minor, slap 4 mining turrets on it, undock and painfuly manage to mine 20 scrap in the field around the Junker base there and than spend another several minutes shooting empty pieces of junk. Wasn't able to get a single piece of scrap more.
WTF? Is it no longer a minable comodity? If so how was I able to get those 20 pieces?
You can mine it in Sector F3 in New York.
From what I see in the mining guide no ID can mine standard scrap yet it is a mineable commodity.

That is premium scrap and I'm kinda sick of the same route. I just wanted to mine some good old scrap metal.
Do you need just scrap or premium like ore?
Junkers can mine both

Just scrap and from what i know it is supposed to be mined in omicron minor
I go to the standard scrap mining field in omicron minor with the right ship, ID and equipment and I cant mine it
