Bug: Vierzon NPCs mention GMS rumors, Cordes rumors mention Council forces

Vierzon NPCs have old GMS rumors I guess, they keep talking about mining, rocks, smelter on Alesia(Burgundy) and stockpiles of stuff on Planets in Gallia.

Cordes NPCs talk about Council forces appearing now and then in Orkney.

Most likely all rumours will need to be reworked.
