A new player has his ship docked on Bristol in Bering but each time he launches he is shot down. Name of ship is Palamanko.

He can't post as he is waiting for his application for an account to be activated.

He managed to dock OK and he launches from there but is dead in two ticks. Seems he is hostile to Bering. Have advised him to wait until server reset.

I've added him to the whitelist, it isn't shooting him anymore.

Good. Is all sorted, and he is now roaming free in Hamburg. (Sigh) a successful beached whale rescue!
