Honourable Speaker,

Nobody likes war, except sociopaths and the defense contractors they operate. Before any permanent harm to innocent lives is caused in this conflict, we would like to try to end it unconditionally with minimal additional losses of life, assets, and ego suffered by any of the participants. We hope you will assist us with achieving this goal.

The Ministry of Relations would like to know the following of the Parisian Assembly:

1. Of the possible outcomes for the war with Kusari, is a peace agreement that does not involve either side surrendering an agreeable one?
   
2. If so, what are the minimum demands that the Confederacy will need met in order to agree to peace?
   
3. If not, what terms of surrender would be realistically presented to the Reformed Empire of Kusari?
   
4. What are the current losses, both military and civilian, incurred by the Confederacy due to the war?
   
5. Additionally, we would like to request a category A restricted ships license to be approved for Natio Octavarium so as to help facilitate an image of open friendship between Gallia and other nations in these trying times. Don't worry about the vessels themselves; we'll acquire them through licensed ship dealers.
   

I would like to try to bring together a campaign across Sirius to bring this war to an end with as little bloodshed as possible, calming all sides and stopping this absurd cycle of continuous war in the Barrier before innocents start being killed by wanton violence between Houses. It will start with public broadcasts and dissemination of information and hopefully result in a conference and agreement that puts this all behind us. Then we can all go back to focusing on things like international trade and domestic development and keeping the Royalists from becoming a threat again.
