The head of SVW's UpTown lab, Mr. Elijah Forrester, lives on Planet Cambridge. He reported that he was at the Cambridge University cafeteria, that a student drank too much and a half high because of drink, without however being disrespectful, showed some data plants found in a wreck in Cambrige. Looking at a glance, Elijah almost had a heart attack when he saw that it was the plan for the "Coup de Grace" Cruiser BLASTER Turret that after the Battle in Cortez had been misplaced. It was kind of shameful to say that Elijah took the opportunity to make an offer and the young man, in need of money to pay for his university stipend, sold for the discharge of six months of paid tuition for his school year, which, as is the end of his studies, will graduate without having to worry about stipend money until the end, when he will only receive his deserved diploma. Elijah presented this file to the garage. I was tasked with checking the plants for their accuracy and quality and i was able to confirm that they are indeed of excellent quality. As a result, Blackbeard ordered the production of two of these items for commercial purposes.
We assume the responsibilities of the tuition of the young university student and without him knowing, we intend to pay for his graduation and give him a chance to internship in our company when he has willing, if he has and have control over the drink, not to talk too much, especially the secrets of Secret, Valley Workshop.

File Details

Combined with normal vials, these things can cause average damage to the No'Ion against snobbish groups and Gunboat. One or two is enough, though.

The tests are satisfactory and our own teams have replicated this weapon in detail according to the plants. After the tests were done, we dismantled the station tower and contained all the components in Quick Deployment Boxes (Up Town), which were also described in the documentation, specifically desgined by engineer John Steinberg.

With all tests successfully completed, we continue our production for a second prototype of "Coup de Grace" Cruiser BLASTER Turret. At this point we have two "Coup de Grace" Cruiser BLASTER Turret. They are sealed and can be sold at any time.
