Is the iridium ore field in O Chi turned on?

I heard there was a second one now, saw some arrpee about it somewhere...
It's still in Delta. Had a number of people PM me that it's bugged. Asked them to make a bug report but haven't seen one yet. Might be because of the system changes.
Cant say if it is a bug or not but ill make a report if it helps.
