4.4 - Every char must have only one type of ID equipped and they must play to that ID. Consequences:
If you want to play a bounty hunter and actively engage targets, you need to claim your bounty. Otherwise, keep the guns cold since you didn't have any other reason to warm them up. Fine taken from another ship as this one was a bit empty and sanction notice placed in hold.
