When cruising through Poole, I found a station. The weird thing: you cannot see it! It is dockable butthe access was restricted for me. Please see the attached JPG, it holds every information.

It does have volume because when I pressed F2 to a point selected on the map, my ship flew around it.

Any idea what I ran into?

If I were to guess, I'd say it's the event PoB from this.
