Is good to finally meet, mein Herren. The Empire and it's Armed Forces Oberkommando is aware of the Weihnachtsfrienden happening during our last encounter and they are not the only ones. Our civilian population are also agreeing that this spill of Rheinland blood is damaging our noble House more and more.

It seems that we have all come to the same conclusion. As a gesture of good faith, I have ordered our front-line vessels to stand down and withdraw to de-escalated defensive positions in preparations for peace talks and a formalized armistice agreement.

With regards to talks, I would like to propose that we meet in the no-mans-land in Thuringia, aboard our diplomatic envoy ship, the LV-Valhalla. Perhaps we can salvage our situation and begin to heal Rheinland.

With the agreement of Government of the Kaiserreich and the noble Council of local Governors we have come to the decision, to follow your example of good faith. Although I would prefer to meet in some of the rooms on Planet Holstein, as the Frankfurt System still has been part of both governments controled area and I am a man who favorizes a desk to place his material on and to sit in front of the person I am talking to on neutral ground.
