I've never had this issue before, but for some reason outside of conn during fights my mouse will sort of do its own thing. It will start moving in random directions and I cannot control or stop it, I usually run FL with all other software turned off so I don't tax my internet but it didn't help me at all today.

Does anyone else have this issue and if so, know a fix for it?
Same thing. Also don't know how to fix it and whats a problem. Even when fps constantly 150, I still have same problem.
Happened a few times, cause was not opening the launcher right and maybe
having 2 open at the same time & or after doing some editing with accounts,
either way, the launcher causes it.

Logging off & rebooting both the launcher & game fixed it for me.
Oh, another lucky one! No one will help you, I guess. Unfortunately. Because they can't imagine this being a bug related to the server. You can check this thread for some information. But, yah... Anyway, this is pretty weird bug.

Turning off Nvidia Telemetry and LS makes it less frequent, but not eliminated.
I've always had a mouse lag in fights where there's lots of effects around, but that's because I run Disco on a potato.
My sister had the same problem, she uses an AMD grapics card with the program of AMD. There she has the ability to enable a "Chill Mode". After she did that it fixed the problem for her.

I had the same problem just recently, I tried everything, from fps capping to keep my system busy. I use Nvidia but i never found any solution, it kinda works for now. Didn't tested it in a large fight tho.
There's no fix atm but it seems to be when your cpu usage on fl goes higher.

Can you tell when it happened and if it was in a fight what were they flying?
By the way, what helped me get rid of input lags in SCFA was to decrease MRR (Mouse Report Rate) of my mouse. I highly recommend you to set it no more than 250Hz.
I've heard this can be caused by V-Sync. You may need to disable it within the settings for Freelancer in your GPU Control Panel.
