The one that suits your roleplay the best.
I have an Interspace Commerce ID/IFF.
Paired with Advanced Cargo Train (5ker) You can enter all 4 houses, plus Gallia I believe.
Obviously not Hispania.
Interspace commerce is decent, Universal Shipping (Indie ID) also has easy access to all houses and all "Lawful" locations as well
Gateway is a pretty powerful ID, you just can't dock at Bowex stations
Ile-de-France Shipping has really good repsheet: neutral to all houses, and neutral to corsairs
Can Gateway and Interspace dock on Gallia bases?
Both can, Interspace has a base there and Gateway has neutral rep
Ageira Technologies ID is the best though.
OSC is good with all Major hauses and Corsairs as well,
GMG is good for all Major Hauses.
