Bug: Makhaira (Warhammer) can't turn its special weapons

"Makhaira" Series W Border Worlds Cutter found its guns mounted in Fighter Special Weapon slots can't turn vertically, only horizontally. So it appears that the guns mounted in those slots are just locked. Because of this it's almost impossible to hit target with SNAC (especially considering that those hardpoints are below the center of ship), or even shoot CD properly. Fix it, please.
P.S.: And rename this ship, please, since you changed "Warhammer" to "Makhaira".
