Bug: The Nomad (Vagrant) hyperspace survey module uses human jump drive batteries instead of the Nomad ones (or being linked to our fuel cell commodity)

Using nomad survey module, human JD battery eaten while nomad JD battery isn't.

Presumptive oversight I presume.

Technically speaking it is part of an old vagrant perk I presume.
the oversight that it is not working well with Nomad Survey Module.

some sort of mechanism to prioritize should be made to fix the issue

probably it requires purely coding solution to fix it in a most elegant way.

Marking as fixed for next release.
