My old freelancer character for discovery is gone, i lost internet for a few weeks then my freelancer was playing up with vista. I last logged on with him around a month ago i think, but now he's gone, i am using the same freelancer ID. I made a new outcast, a lawful and a trader, but i really miss my zoner and it will take me ages to grind my way back to getting a character setup like his.

He had a Zoner Juggernaut and 150 ml to spare!

Is it possible to retrieve this account or is it permanently gone? Can i get some compensation for my loss?

I don't want to spend hours and hours grinding trade routes and missions again, if i cannot get my old account back then i'm considering just stopping playing freelancer altogether if i have to grind so much again because this is really frustrating!!!

It also says how often characters are wiped; 40 days. If you decide to stop playing, that's too bad, but this information has been posted here since the policy went into effect.
