During one of our patrols in the Frankfurt system it has come to our attention that your station has been illegally constructed within the Hausenfeld.
I direct you to Article 7 of The Laws Of Rheinland.

The observed infractions are the following:

• §7.1. The base is not registered with the government.
  
• §7.4. The base has no designated affiliation, as such it is not compliant with this law and might even be used as a smuggling den.
  
• §7.9. Rheinland Law Enforcements have no docking rights on the station.
  

You have 24 hours to respond and file for the appropriate paperwork.
otherwise we shall be forced to demolish the illegal installation to preserve the security of our great house.

You should be aware that, regardless of your decisions, fees will be levied against you for breaking multiple laws.
