Has the event started yet? In the description it says May 9th.

I restarted to fix a mission issue, so it's live. Ran into a small hangup with bounties, but hopefully that's resolved at daily restart. Runs through the 9th.

If they are carrying Artifacts, can you directly shoot them (given RP) without demanding them to drop?

With GC or OC ID, yes you can.

sorry i'm lost a bit here ... so hogosha takes artifacts from Hawaii, and has to sell then on kabukicho, and then buy then again and take then to leiden? they can't do it in just one run? hawaii to leiden? or are "diferent" artifacts?

They are different commodities, same as with the last cardamine event.
