I've messaged an admin as well but I wanted to be as transparent as possible and honesty in my eyes is the best policy.

I've been trying to get my significant other to play Freelancer and we share the same household. The person is not really super gamer oriented so will need a decent amount of hand holding. We'll likely be doing similar trade routes together while I teach them the ropes and explain to them what's happening and what do in what situation.

I am concerned that this may be interpreted as something I was advised to be careful called ''multiboxing''. I am fully committed to play by the rules so I don't want this to have ramifications on my group's reputation, my accounts or that of my significant other. So I would rather post it here and get some suggestions or advice on what to do and if it's not a green light, I would just play some other games with them I suppose.

Is there anything I should do or what's your take?

Thank you for your time and assistance.
There were many questions on this issue tbh. And over the past few years (at least), administration's view on this hasn't changed. Here is an example from a recent.
If you fly together, then don't always go around in Formation (F4).

It would have to take a very dexterous person to fly 2 ships that aren't in Formation.
That avatar is THEFT

That answers my questions, appreciated.
