I'm skipping the bottom-tier ships. If it's a unique ship without an upgraded form, I'll list it, but otherwise this is exclusively for cargo ships and top-end fighters/bombers. Capital ships are obvious.

Also, this'll probably need to be reformatted at some point. All the info's here, someone else can make it look pretty.

I'm not PMing it to an admin because in my experience they're all quite slow to respond to PMs.

I may have slightly bent the standard rules in certain spots where it makes sense. For example, the rules didn't mention anything fitting the Sirius-wide Civilian category.

I was going to do guns, but those are much more straightforward.

This is a big help, but there's a few things I'm not too sure about from scanning it.

Firstly, the Liberator is also available to the LSF, but that's fairly well obvious.

Secondly, the infocard for the Virage mentions that they're popular amongst Mercenaries, implying that they're available to the public to some extent. (Civilian)

I wouldn't quite put the Waran bomber as a full-fledged civilian bomber. More the bomber of choice for unlawful factions who don't have lines of their own, or want a big fat flying power plant to supplement their current line.

I mean, seeing lawful factions flying these would potentially be a head-scratcher. Nobody lays claim to it, but it's more akin to the Pirate line than anything.

Can an unlawful use the civilian line?

I believe it's Borderworlds, technically.

That's right, the Waran is the bomber version of the Sabre, not the Falcata. Hoo boy.

Charon's not a IMG exclusive ship, it's more civilianish now.

Gecko, the Council LF, is also sold on Maquis stations and is therefore for the Maquis as well. (Actually I believe Maquis don't have their shipline even)

Same as Gecko, works for the Agama HF.

I honestly don't like classifying ships into groups like that, don't know why though.

There was a very nice list of ships that Kuraine (I believe) had made up that was acceptable based upon your ID and RP. It's been outdated somewhat due to the addition of the Gallic ships plus the reworking of several ships, but it should still be valid in most parts. I don't have a link to it at the moment, but I'm sure a bit of search would find it. (I am supposed to be working, after all.)
