Bug: The reputation + Empathy between fc_ai_grp (ai) and fc_x_guardian (ax) is too low, so they will not defend each other if a player is red to one of them.
likewise; fc_x_guardian (ax) lacks positive rep with fc_n_guardian (Vagrant)
It also needs negative reputation and empathy against fc_rn_grp (Crayter) too, NPCs currently ignore each other (and also disallows missions). Missing negative emp+rep with too: fc_c_grp + fc_ou_grp (oc & cor)
