Bug: Resetted NPC voice, but Rheinland still has german voice lines?

Maybe I've misread, but I thought all NPC voice lines have been resetted, yet when I hail rheinland corp ships, I still get german voice lines. Didn't happen when I hailed Police or when I undock from bases. Here's a small video example:
Before you ask, yes I have an english installation. I dont mind it myself, I honestly prefer different languages but maybe it's a bug.
