Dr. Ray Peat’s Raw Carrot Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
One large organic raw carrot (per person)
One teaspoon of organic olive oil or organic coconut oil
One teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
A pinch sea salt and black pepper
Assembly:
Grate the carrot lengthwise to ensure the fibers are long and intact.
Add the oil, vinegar, and seasoning in a bowl and mix with a fork.
