RULES:

• Early rounds played at your convenience in Virtual Reality (//conn) or Alaska. Simply contact your opponent, report on result in #snub-tournament discord channel or this thread
  
• 5th Place, 3rd Place, and Final will be played in a scheduled event in FIGHTER ARENA with spectators, NPCs.
  
• Matches are Best of 1, Best of 3 and Best of 5. Explanation "BO1": You win you advance. "BO3":You need 2 wins to advance. "BO5":You need 3 wins to win the tournament.
  
• We are hereby informing admins that respawns will be used in this event in FIGHTER ARENA/when people choose to fight there. We ask 3rd parties not to interrupt the duels, but you can of course comment/taunt/cheer from distance
  
• A TIE (both dying) counts as 0:0/no point awarded and you fight again, regardless of who died first.
  
• All ships on NAVY ID, Tagged with 1st
  
• Any HF/VHF is allowed. So are missiles, mines, etc. Fights are with full nanobots and ammo (if both duellists agree they can change these terms in their round to e.g.guns only etc.)
  
• If a round is not played within the announced timescales we will see who tried harder to schedule the match. If we can't determine so then a coinflip decides who advances.
  
• Not showing up to the Final event within 30 minutes of the official start means you lose, scheduling will be pre-agreed with all who advanced to final day. If both contenders don't show up a coinflip will decide who advances.
  
• You can swap load-outs and even ships between rounds and even within one round (e.g. lose with avenger, you are 0:1, you swap to a jackdaw)
