Starting 15th May 2023, Imgur is purging anonymous uploads.
I came from another forum which is busily archiving old images in response to this vandalism. Surprisingly I can't see anything here, at least according to search. Has this news really passed the community by? I hope not. Obviously many old threads will be unavoidably broken, but there is still time (just about) to archive important material.
As for the best platform to host images in future, Discord maybe?
