Try 'pinging' the Server and see if you can 'see' it.

VPN didn't help. But thanks for the advice..

very unusual... I started giving myself Wi-Fi internet from another phone and a miracle happened. the server became visible and I was able to play a little. but the problem still remains because it is someone else's phone.
