Anyone know where I can find some nice planet backgrounds? Like some of the ones appearing in Sleipnirs/Dopamino's sigs.

If you are using photoshop (or I believe gimp is also compatable...)

You can create your own unique planets and stars:

I made most of the stuff in my sig from scratch. It's not that hard, mostly just overlaying layers.

Eh, I guess so Dop. But I hate it when you need to correct something, realized you were too lazy to name your layer and must dig through the spam of layers lol

Haha yeah that happens sometimes. I usually have them at least somewhat organized into groups though (Text/, Text/Titles/, Ships/, Ships/Engine FX, etc), so it's not too hard to figure out. Learned that the hard way early on:P

Deviantart is always a good source for material.

Now where did that flash drive go... those examples are here somewhere...

Edit: so I was unable to find the individual files, but I did find a file with them merged together:

the only problem was that the images didn't have the same aspect ratio, so the stars in the back got streched funny
