I've lost two of my charas (BH)_Endeavor (Bounty Hunter BattleCruiser) and Weapons Vault (Standard Train) i was on both of them 2 weeks ago i'm not sure whats goin on here

Hm, that's odd at best. Perhaps you should contact a server administrator via the PM system? It may be noticed faster than this thread, and the sooner this gets resolved the better, no doubt.
