Will the Navmap have any changes when patch 5.1 comes out?

If so, always trust in Navmap, the "navmap" that the staff bring to us is kinda outdated and obsolete by today standards ... "They had no time to update it" xD (possibly a joke in how they wanna make us belive but i belive is just because lazyness)
