is now in Bastille, as our tech use chart shows that particular model is in need of forum roleplay.
That costs you your guns, credits, and armour. Sanction notification in your hold.

Im Jeppe.Gelardi Ingame.. And I find the accuses on me wrong, because I was only doing self defence. And I don't think that's Re-engaging, else I must read the rules again.. :rtfm:
The thing that happend, was that I was escorting HeadShot to Colorado, when some BHG's startet attacking us. We defended us and Headshot died maybe 4 times or so, and kept engaging (I don't think he knew the rules..) Then I died. Only one time, and I startet to fly to the Alaska Jump Gate, so I wasn't doing anything. But then some new guy showed up, he assisted the BHG's and started shooting at me, before I could write STOP! he had already sent a topedo after me, so he smashed my shield down, and i startet to defend myself I had just bought a whole cargo full of goods, so I didn't want to die.. That's the story.
I lost everything on the sanction.. 35 Million is what I lost. :(
I hope you understand.. I bet its some guy called Jepp.Lutz who accused me. (he's a Idi**, sorry but he is..)
Do you actually have any screenies with me, that can prove I'm wrong? Because I think it's annoying, that all my stuff got removed randomly.. You know, I used quite long time obtaining all that..

If you can prove it was on self defense, then the sanction can be reversed.

I just looked through the rules list.. Too bad I didn't take any screenshots because I could sanction the player who did this to me.. Ehmm I just don't remember who it was ;D But else the player broke some rules..
But here is the rules that I think isn't being followed in my case..
If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without engaging anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.

The fleeing player must leave the system and may not re-enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remain in the system until four hours have passed from the time the fight ended.
Using cruise engines to catch up with those capable of thrusting at higher speed than you is not allowed. Trade lanes may be used to pursue or catch up to other ships under any circumstances, even if the other ship has not yet fled as described above.
The fleeing player can fight in self-defence if attacked again while attempting to leave the system after fleeing.

So that's 3 rules that speak my case. As you can see I dont like to have the title Sanctioned.. I do something wrong ones and awhile but I never do anything 100% against rules! I'm to smart to do that ;D, I will find a backway then :D
