Today, one of our patrols intercepted the LSF craft, ID tagged as Julia Wolfe, within Order territory. As a show of goodwill, our patrols let the LSF craft leave Omicron 100, Order guard space, in one piece and unharmed.
The stated LSF craft has also been spotted near Omicron Lost, Omicron Delta, in Omicron Minor and escorted back to Liberty space before.
We are notifiying your command about this incident as a show of good will, before taking any action. However, if we ever spot the stated craft or any other LSF vessels within our space, especially our guard territory, it will take you months to identify what is left of them.

To the joint chiefs of staff and council of the Order:
I have noticed in recent sorties that Numerous Order Patrols are operating in Alaska system close to the New York Jump gate. In fact - Liberty and Order fighters appear to be operating in co-ordinated defensive strikes against Nomad invaders. This seems to support - rather than refute - the idea that exchange missions to each other's systems are not only condoned but encouraged. This may be a 'secret undertaking' however as the saying goes "United we stand, divided we fall". I for one support this initiative and, if sanctioned, a weapons and technology sharing would be benificial to both factions.

You must be mistaken, I was never in those systems and I have no desire to be there. Maybe you should see what your own pilots are doing before you go accusing a high ranking agent of the LSF

Now lady, trying to cover your tracks by going offensive won't work here. Maybe you would be caring to explain your actions. Your personal panic has nothing to do with an overall scale diplomatic dialogue.

this is reportedly the second zone violation, reported to us by one of our Zoner allies. If this keeps up then we'll have to move and quite frankly I think things between the Order and Liberty are going well. Let's try to keep it that way, shall we?

That photograph is clearly a fabrication. I have not sent any agents into "your" space, I use the term loosely as Omicron Minor is clearly dominated by your enemies.
You need to stop all your propaganda against the LSF and Liberty. Our hands are full with the war against Rhienland that the Navy was so happy to declare.
Back on to the zone violations, your forces were trespassing in Alaska once again, lucky for them my wing did not make contact or you would be declaring them KIA. Keep encroaching into our territory and I shall not hesitate to bring a full force into to your "home" system.

I just did some calls to the Zoners who we got this from, and they say they even have witnesses to report your presence in Omicron 100. Frankly, I find this rather disturbing. Either the entire LSF is lying to us, or Wolfe and Keenan are lying to the Order and the rest of the LSF.
I'd like to get to the bottom of this quickly, and ask the Director to find out what's going on between his agents. This will at least narrow things down and the Order can move from there.
As it stands, we're keeping Omicron 100 a tightly secured and if you are found in it you will be shot. However if what you say is true and you were not in 100 and will not enter Order space, then I think we'll be alright... but we're not easing off of precautions here, rather stepping them up.
