Looks like a Sabre, or it could be the bastardized, long-lost-and-forgotten Series U.

Doesn't exist (yet(?))...it's Xing's little fantasy.

Its a modified Sabre, unavailable for purchase therefor you can't fly it. Yue Fei "flies" it in role play but it can't be bought on disco server. Buy a regular Sabre its not that fancy but it can do serious damage.
