Hey all, I just remembered that I have pictures of a Lego starfleet I built years back, a whole themed fleet based around a draconid race I sorta came up with.

The fleet had:
A fighter
An interceptor
A "diplomatic transport" or light liason craft, roughly CSV size
A "stealth" heavy fighter, roughly gunboat size.
A landing craft/mobile command base (AT-AT Barge size)
A destroyer fitted with extremely powerful forward weaponry, but light peripheral weaponry
A cruiser armed with omnidirectional heavy weaponry and a hangar
A broadside missile cruiser
A research frigate
A main-gun cruiser, very similar to the Liberty Cruiser in function
A battle-carrier with very heavy multidirectional firepower, two launch decks and one landing deck

The fleet had a black-and-yellow overall color scheme with blue trim, and was focused on fairly complicated "wing" development, reminiscent more of Bounty Hunter or Corsair vessels than anything else in Freelancer, as far as I can deem. You guys might think differently.

Anyways, would you be interested in seeing, maybe modeling these things, or should I not bother uploading them?
Upload away mate! Even if they are not thta great, I love seen otehrs lego creations!

I'd love to see your designs; good inspiration can be hard to find! If you post the pictures I will comment... if you want me to that is.

Also if you have suggestions for any of my models please post them in their respective thread.

Yep. My favourite toy of childhood. The action figures and the other "static toys" (those you cannot reassemble or design yourself) never liked me too much...
I had the other brand, Rasti. Like 3000 of those. I made such impressive ships with those. I still have one. a long range scout i put together 15 years ago... It was designed so it could [almost] withstand a fall to the floor. I'll post a pic later... when i find it so i can photograph it.

I never played with LEGOs, but my nephew does.

Does that still count?

Back to the corner, I know.
Harle...get a box of Legos NOW.

Just do it. Go and get one.
