I've fixed the cell alighnment problem ("Last post info" had different width in different categories) so it should now look straight for all skins. I'm not sure about all screen resolutions, however (800x600 or less, but I guess few people have that).
So, what skins we have for now? Not too much, but still enough to have a choice. If you are tired with default outlook, you might try these:
IPB Default - a clear and neat lightblue skin

Tower - medieval stone skin

Cali - nice blue skin with small fonts
