Is Junkers allowed to dock on DSE base ? I dont wanna break any rule so i better ask, cause i get confused when i saw on junkers rep ENEMIES : house corporations... and dse missions, where junkers was to terminate

Far as I'm aware it's not outright illegal for a Junker to dock on a DSE or any non-Kusari corporation base. Whether it's kosher or not depends on too many variables.

Depends I think, maybe the Junker in question has bribed high ranking people on said DSE base.

I wouldn't say it is against the rules.
