ok, so with this new update, and giving bombers their own guns with projectile speed 350 m, there are some new things.
idea (i think) was to make alone bomber easy target for another fighter, (to this point it is ok)
so bombers now need escort. (this is ok too)

but now, there are faction that use slow bombers (corsairs,hessians,junkers)
and factions that use agile bombers (outcasts,bounty hunters)

before this update, slow bombers were maked as heavy, with bigger armour and bigger powergenerator as the agile one.
but now, bombers can not defend themselves against fighters. So for what has praetorian +5000 armour and stronger power generator as the bounty hunter bomber, when the bounty hunter bomber can dodge enemy fire and survive much longer against fighter???????? or survive long enough until his own escort kill the enemy vhf...

now all factions that are using slow bombers have nothing as + for them, and all factions that are using agile bombers have bonus in agility...
and now is agility only thing that count....
so how can be this balanced ? ....
Fire those new bomber weapons in the slower less agile bombers that have a big plant, then fire those weapons with the faster more agile bombers with the smaller plants. Notice the difference on the ability to use the SNAC as a followup? I do.
and what has this with ability to dodge fire from fighters and survive long enough until your escort destroy enemy?

Yes, your agile bombers may be able to survive a bit longer against fighters.. Yes, your heavy bombers can't just rip fighters to pieces anymore.. Now, use those bomber guns on a light bomber.. Good. Now fire your SNAC... Oh wait, not enough energy, wait a moment...

Okay, NOW fire your SNAC.

Now go hop into your heavy bomber. Use those bomber guns.. Good. Now fire your SNAC. No, no waiting this time, just fire it. Oh hey, you hit something.

Bombers now fulfill their intended role. Slower moving ships, like transports and freighters and capital ships, move slower than fighters, which means they are more likely to be hit by the bomber weapons than say, a light fighter. This doesn't mean its impossible to hit a fighter, it just takes more skill.

i am not talking about ability of firing sn after using guns.

i am asking about ability to survive against fighters,
guns were changed to stop bomber shooting fighters, right??????

and now, bomber can not fire back on fighter, but it can dodge. right??????

and i am asking how will be slower bobmer compensated....

and sorry, i dont care if i can fire from my heavy bomber supernova after i used guns, when i have on tail fighter and i can not dodge his fire and i can not defend .....
i only thing i see with the new weapons is... Bombers can own GB's easyer now

also i saw a bomber test this weapons on a dreadnought a few hours ago... on a very short time.. the bomber droped the Dreadnoughts shield to 50%.. it was not even 15 sec.. 2 bombers now can rape any cruiser or BS
Light Bomber = Dodges better = Lives Longer
Heavy Bomber = More energy = More Firepower = Better anti-cap abilities

Lights live longer, heavies do a lot more damage to capships. That's the difference, and it's balanced. They'll both do relatively even amounts of damage before they die. Light bomber does less damage and lives longer. Heavy bomber does more damage and lives shorter. So balance that out and it comes up nearly even.

Think before you complain.
It shouldnt be two bombers for a heavy battleship (Outcast Drednaught, Rhienland/Kusari Battleship, Zoner Juggernaut). It should be three. It was two bombers a while ago, massively unfair. Now hopefully fighter escorts will actually be an adequate measure of defense against annoying bombers.
