Can zoner Guard Land on Samura Bases?
There does seem to be a small possibility. Zoner Guard says in House space, yeah? That means Kurile and Shikaku wouldn't be covered.
As long as they are not in the lawful House space. Which Sigma 17 isn't. Which means YES for Kurile, you can land there.
You can dock the Samura stations in Sigma-17 and Tau-29, yes. The ones in Kyushu, NT, Hokkaido, Shikoku, and Honshu, no.
