The infocard of the Zoner Gunship says that it's been taken off the open market, though that same update didn't take it off Bornholm in Omega-15. Do the Zoners object to Junkers continuing to purchase and use the Gunship?

They don't object to anyone else using it so.... why would they object to junkers?
We also used to sell RPCs on bornholm. Doesn't mean that we can use them.
EDIT: Actually, disregard that, in-RP we should be able to just our IDs don't allow it.
Buuut yeah, ZGB isn't open market any more? I gotta check the infocard then. Meh, just use the bloody thing, if the Zoners get pissy they can try and take it from you.:P

Depends when did you buy it. Or you wanna get one in the future? Cause atm it seems the market is closed, but if you have an older type, what ya purchased before the ,,markets closed,,... Or lemme se.. did ya say Junker? doesnt that ring any bell to ya? omgosh.
And yeah. I never seen any zoner complaining about where did ya junker got that Zoner ship. I can tell you more. There are many Zoner capteins who will proudly buy you almost any kind of zoner vehicle for some extra cash or machines. They need many things on those border systems, so they will use up eir tech., to get in contracts with various group. Plus most of em doesnt even give a sheep, when they see a junker in a zoner machine. Especially when ya help em, or escort em, or just talkin to em as a human would do so. They are people just like you and they will need aid, and freindship. Ofc if yar a ,,pirate junker in a zoner gunbie,, than you have to reset your memory core and go play some GTA, or just buy yarself another id. Otherise not the Zoners, but the Junkers will hunt ya down for ruining the neutral repu, or even more: the friendship with zoners.
try to RP with em. Im sure yall find em helpful people. Or just get a contract and give somthing valuable to them for it. zoners are lone people usually. Many of em will be kind an friendly to ya if you speak with em and ask for permissions.
Zoners a docile anyway, as long as you don't use it too agressively, or to bother/attack Zoners, it should be fine.
the description about it being taken off the open market is possibly a bit too strong.
the zoner gunboat was ... in RP .... revised and refitted. the old conference, a more or less heavily reinforced armoured transport, was stripped down and a new upgrade was offered to every existing conference to match the new one. ( in RP )
what i write is my point of view about it when i made the concept about the model and the ship itself. - but its the factions that have the last word about it, cause they do the actual ingame lore about it.
the gunboat is meant to be taken off the completely open market. - that doesn t mean that zoners fiercly restrict it, but they ll look MUCH harder to whom they sell it. before, zoners would ask possible buyers not to act hostile against zoners. - something like giving them your word.
now - they ll possibly make sure that no conference is used against them. - directly or indirectly.
the reason for the conference still being sold at bornholm is the same reason that the kingfisher is sold at manhattan. ships lore was progressed / altered - but the sale location wasn t fixed.
about the conference in particular. - while its not perfect that junkers sell it, its not really a bad thing either. - junkers are a link to many places and people. - they can easily act as distributors for a ship made by a group of people who may easily be regarded as heavy competition by ship builders that have a lot more power in the core systems.
junkers have different customers and know how to sell stuff to whom.
