Today the Imperial Guard Shogun DareDevil announced that Naka Kuchi ([Imperial]_Diplomat, in game) would be the standing diplomat for the IG. His first assignment as the Shogun stated in todays news conference is to establish our position in the Tau conflict between the AW and TG. Naka will be proceeding to the home system of the AW sometime today to open talks. The Shogun showed much confidence that if the AW called for help from its allies the IG, they would support them in any way possible.

Toady the Imperial diplomat Naka Kuchi stopped at planet Honushu to visit a close friend before heading into AW space to meet with their leaders and talk on the conflict occuring in Siruis. RM and IG tensions seem to be rising but no open statements of conflict have been announced.

The meeting with the AW representative went well. We met and talked on Planet Kurile in Sigma-17 and our terms were relayed to the proper channels. I am returning to Imperial space immediatly. The only problem encountered were a small band of pirates we ran into on our way to Planet Kurile, but the turret operators on board made quick work of them I recommend a commendation for them. Their names and ranks will be included in my written report to you upon my arrival back on New Tokyo.

IG Diplomat, do you plan on making a stop in Rheinland? I would like to sort out the needed compromises to keep tensions between us from rising. If you find that too dangerous, I could make a stop in Kusari before meeting with the AW.

I feel the best bet would be neutral ground for a meeting between the IG and RM diplomats. Perhaps Hegoland base in Sig-13 would be an appropriate meeting place. This could allow us to open some basic talks and perhaps later I will come to Rheinland space. I hear there are some beutiful sites to see. Let me know a time and I'll work with you.

There is one problem with meeting in the Sigma-13 system; the Aerus might not be allowed in Sigma-13 as it is a cruiser. If it is not, I will simply have to use my fighter to get to Hegoland Station. I will find a way to be there. I will most likely arrive somewhere between 5-6 p.m., and stay for at few hours.
