The reason I have reported this guy was because of a very interesting Gamma Raid. [RB] tagged Hessians came to Gamma to shoot sairs. The fight began and before we could kill the first one he ran into the planet. Then the second one said "//I have to leave RL stuff" and he left. Emilio.Feruchi[TBH] let him go. The third one with 0/0 b/b suddenly disappeared. I think he F1-ed, be cause he didn't lagged before it. I thought admins can prove the differences between F1 and Connection problems, I read it forums and the green message was there too. It's funny that the same thing happened to me 2 months ago and Noone of the admins wanted ANY explanation from who reported me. Oh and one more thing. There was a server crash during the fight and I didn't go back after the restart, but F1-ing is F1-ing even if someone let you join back(maybe he wanted to survive). I noticed that if someone F1s during the fight his ship stands in one place for a little bit than he goes 80K - 90K - 100K away and the green message comes.
You're an Admin your right is to demand this, but you have to treat everyone in the same way. Yeah there're people who're close to your heart from RB and you want to safe them, but I can't understand why didn't admins demand that guy to write an account like I have to write this now. In my case you ignored that wrong sanction and you sanctioned me, but now it's fair if you ignore my fault (if there are any). And it feels bad you that you show my fail to everybody. Don't you think PM is better? That's why people invented it. Anyway it'd be great to treat people in the same way. I've noticed that a person got some money sanction ( well known person on disco) for not using english, but a newcomer got 7 day ban! 7 day! Man, you're doing something bad.

It was interesting, I mean the whole raid. It seemed that they send there a [TBH] to hold the capships off, and [TBH] often write they are old specialists. Pff RP?! They're killing sairs but caps can't join in. (I've been raiding for 1 year with SOB/ROS/RHA but I have NEVER EVER had such luck that caps didn't engage me and we couldn't run away.) Plus before we could kill one RB they killed themselves/disappeared/RL bla bla...
So the first one ran to the planet with 3% hull. The second ran off with RL text ( Think again if you have RL stuff to do you won't go raiding. If you go, well I wouldn't run away with 10% hull I'd rather die IF I have to leave) Then the thrid one haven't had any connection problems and he disappears, we almost killed him. Then they can say: "Whooo we're uber pwnzors we were in Gamma for 3 hours without any losses. ***Server crash*** and I didn't go back.

1) Have never seen TBH called specialists.
2) I would hold off all capships, but usually I don't patricate in such... events. I logged only 'cause I've seen another TBH online.

Speaking as the [RB] faction leader - your explanation has been discussed at length and deemed not only invalid, but actually as containing further abusive and quite simply factually incorrect content. Various inconsistencies have cropped up, some of which, according to Blodo, you yourself, Lucas, have repealed, some of which Blodo and I have investigated and found just patently false.
Specifically:
-the server did not crash, as server logs prove.
-it was, however, very laggy, and players were disconnecting left and right, meaning you could not possibly have misinterpreted Alf's disconnection as an F1 attempt.
-you must have known perfectly well that your information was incomplete, yet decided to act on it anyway, given that Sent1nel was immediately aware that you were about to try and submit an illegal report. I'm assuming you complained in your group.
According to Blodo, you acted in the way you did because you were pissed. Judging by the content of your rant above, you haven't learned a thing since, and are clearly still simply irritated about being defeated in a fight. You really do accuse us of some of the wildest crimes, including, of all things, -admin favoritism-. Are you kidding me? Your bizarre little tangential rant about how admins punish non-factionized/new players worse than they do established community members is even sillier. You may want to relax. A hell of a lot.
Blodo will deal with you as your [RHA] faction leader as he sees fit. For my part, I'm going to suggest you have the sanction you deliberately tried to impose on Alfred by misrepresenting plain fact imposed on you, and I heartily recommend you not try to pull a stunt like this again in future.
If this was intended as some kind of joke, Lucas, just own up to it. I can't believe you actually intentionally tried to get one of my [RB] wrongfully punished.

Thanks Grimly for defending m, but this is all about Zig feels wounded and now he tries lobbying to safe his kid. He tries to accuse me with this all, that I said this all because I'm so evil.
You can notice it from their sentences and when I accused Malexa with F1-ing I tried to say sorry and I opened a topic to say I'm sorry.
Zig you can't kick me out of RHA, it's impossible for you, nor from any other factions. People know me there and they trust me and They won't kick me because a little child whining because someone take away his toy.
Anyway I left every factions not because I got kicked, because of you, Zig. No FL for a little time. Last thing can we finish this all? Let admins make their decisions and ONLY them.

This is not an open forum for people to post their grievances with others. This forum section is to determine if someone has violated the rules and deserves a sanction. And when someone as a player violates a rule, often times that has reprecussions in ALL of the official factions they belong to, as official factions are held to a higher standard (or at least should be) than others.
Oh, and since this isn't an open forum here - it's now closed.
