Space_Trade/[StarWolf]Black_Pearl has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 22/12/2009 for:

Quote:5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.

If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without attacking anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.

Transports/Freighters/Liners which have been killed in a PvP fight may return to the system in which they were destroyed but only for purposes of moving through the system or for trade within that system. They may only act in a purely defensive manner and may not resume acts of piracy.

5.9 Disconnecting from the server in a PvP fight to escape, as well as in any other situation that involves player interaction, is not allowed. If you lose server connection during a player interaction, you should get back in game quickly to continue the interaction, with the other player's permission. If that is not possible, then post on the forums and PM the players involved.

Consequences: Money has been removed from the trader and the guns went bye bye on the dessie as well as that money too.

Notes: Actually we couldn't find the money on your trader so we robbed it off your miner. And it turns out you're both the same person which means when you returned to pew pew the hogs who screwed you, you were re-engaging.

I don't play with Space_Trade about 1 week and with [StarWolf]Black_Pearl i don't re-engage anyting.
Wher are the scree with my re-engaging?
The character Space_Trade not was in my account.I can say you some character from accout what use it and sanctioned he, not my.
And i find a Saction Notification in my Miner cargo, it are for disconnected in space, i have been disconnect in space oly 2 time:1 when server has restarted and 1 and when my computer has closed.

Could it be your brother who used the trader possibly ? We find that seems to be the case mostly.

I haven't brothers or sisters.Another player has borke my accout and use my charcters, i find one in a place wher i don't put it.( I was in Omicron Alpha when i exit-last night, and when i enter today i find it in Siracusa..)

Oh, another player ? Not a relation ? It is the characters that suffers the sanction in the case of rule breaking,
especially as there is only one connection recorded accessing that particular account.
That's yours ...
Please feel free to keep digging though, the sanctions for lying can be applied in this case on top of those
already in place.
