We've decided to pursue a radical new line of thought when it comes to Z-Line technology. In short all requests for such technology will be considered by both groups as the lines are manufactured by both of us.
No longer will it be possible to run to the Mollys if the Rogues say no, or run to the Rogues if the Mollys say no. We say no together or yes together.
If your request is for the guns of either group you may still request here, although only the group concerned will approve or deny such requests. Once each request is made negotiations will be conducted over private channels. Either in space, via the neuralnet private message function, or via the Sirius Kinesics and Yakking Protocol Emulator (SKYPE). Once negotiations are concluded no appeals will be considered for thirty standard days from the time of denial. Of course this doesn't matter if you're approved.
Failure to submit a request to use Z-line technology, and still continue to use it can result in severe and very nasty repercussions. We will not tolerate use of stolen technology.
All previous agreements can be stated here for the record. You will be informed if such agreements require re-negotiating.

Every request for Z-Line technology will go through this channel, whether it concerns the Mollies or Rogues. (As of now, the Pirate Transport has been too widely disseminated by the Junkers on the open market to be restricted.) Weapons can be requested here for your convenience, and their faction will approve or deny the requests here.
If you use Z-Line technology without being directly affiliated with the Mollies and Rogues - that is, having either IFF and the matching registration papers - we will hunt you down and kill you and then laugh at you and then cry because it was a waste of a good ship.

'Evening Slypheed; Mr Breen. I'm here on behalf of the Slavers Union. As of late we've been a little quiet, but rest assured, that which you cannot see is not necessarily gone. We've been hunkered down, consolidating and rotting the roots of those that protect our to-be livestock. Now, this is gonna be aimed at the good men and women of the Rogues more than the Mollies, because I know they find out trade a little distasteful as opposed to the Rogues, who, well... Profit off it.
Now, to the matter at hand. You have ships, we need ships. We also have credits and plenty of them. Most won't deal with those of my kind, meaning regardless of our bank balance, we find ourselves short of tubs with engines. Now, your Barghests, we're not interested seeing as we know you consider them too precious to lend out to third parties.
However, we do find ourself in need of nimble blockade runners alike your Bactrian, solid fighters such as the Hyena and vicious interdictors like your Werewolf. We've both served each other well, the Union and the Rogues. We were one of your primary buyers of livestock, and in turn we provided you with plenty of livestock to keep the market's populated.
Now, I'll repeat myself for a summery. We need a number of Bactrians, Hyenas and Werewolfs for our Greenhorns and Raiders, respectively. Once we got em, we'll be able to keep them patched up. If we lose em, that'd be our problem. You'd be getting another flow of credits for a replacement, probably. Barghest? Up to you. We're not asking for em.
If ya need specific pilots to call in here and dance a little jig to get permission for their own mighty steed, I can have that arranged. You call the shots here.

The events of the last few days will hopefully ensure I need no introduction.
As you are all aware, I am in control of a Scylla class destroyer. To get right to the point, I want to outfit it with Rogue Cruiser turrets and power cores. The ship was designed with these turrets in mind and I wish to replace the cannons already on the ship which have long-since expired during her deep sleep in space.
As I understand it the facilities for producing these turrets are, for reasons known only amongst your organisations, located only on the Mollys' Shipyard in Londonderry.
I have been drafted by the Junker Congress to assist in defence of Yanagi Base in Sigma-13 against possible reprisals from the Corsair side of the pirate alliances caused by actions of the Congress in the Sigma worlds and Kusari, of which I have been given very little information. As such I have been urged to fast-track the resurrection of the Maelstrom in order to solidify Yanagi's standing forces.
This is a dual request - use of the turrets in question and permission to enter the Molly's home system of Londonderry to procure them. Of course I am happy to pay the fair market price for the weapons.

This is directed mostly toward the Rogues. We still have our arrangements, after all. However, if the Mollys are interested in opening their ports to us, we may be willing to do business.
I have privately mentioned this to you already, Sylpheed, but it is time to make this official - the Santini-Llorens Cartel is looking at the market for escort and raiding fighters, and your Z series fits our needs very well. Excellent armor, designed for interdiction, and with a large enough cargo hold to make a few more credits while protecting our transports and freighters.
We would also prefer to get our Z-line Transports and Freighters from you. You are not as prone to "adjusting" a working design as the Junkers are.
We will be transporting Cardamine, black market arms, counterfeit software, food, water... everything you need and most things you want or want to sell. Typical dropoff points will be allied and neutral bases and Junker depots.
Basically, what we're asking for is access to your shipyards to buy Mule, Bactrian, Bloodhound, Wolfhound, Hyena, Greyhound, Werewolf, Pirate Transport, and Pirate Train vessels. We're not interested in buying a set amount at this time, but we would like for your shipyards to be open to any of the family who want these ships.
We may be interested in any other technology you're interested in trading, but we're not asking for any more than what I've already listed. And, of course, I don't expect this to be free; we are both men of business, neither of us does something like this without profitting somehow.
