After an (albeit brief) search, I can find absolutely nothing on Convoy 99, Skagen, and the wreckage in Omega-15 on-forum. So what's it for? Is there RP for it, and if so, where do I find it?

Unless it was already moved, it seems to be fine, now. Anyway... I think the only people who know for sure is Angel, the system designer. Apart from looks, I don't think there really is a reason. :?
