Jack_Robertson has been sanctioned for:
Never usually comes up fortunately, the neutral ID is only given out to by admins to [The_Angels], and
the odd official camera ship. So someone attacking one, and killing it is a rare occurance.
Consequences: Lost your guns, and you now have just 8500 credits to your name.
