Quick question.
What is the Havoc Mk-II considered on tech-chart terms, and is it or is it not usable by the Outcast ID without special RP?
Given it mentions 'developed by Ageria with Significant BMM participation' and it's sold on Waterloo. So, the rationality behind this is weather or not Outcast IDed individuals or factions with some ties to the Bretonia (Yes. The Consortium.:wacko:) would be able to buy them InRP from Bretonia.
(Given in our case, we want to expand away from stock OC shipline and avoid the overused CTE line, and have no resentment about using any technology we can)
Mainly I need a ID/Tech rules clairification here.
